発表方法について

●フラッシュプレゼンテーション Flash Presentation

  • 持ち時間は1分です。時間厳守のため事前に充分な発表の準備をお願いします。
  • 発表者は、自身の発表が近付きましたら、ステージ下に講演番号順に並んでください。当日のスタッフの指示に従ってください。
  • 各セッション毎に全てのスライドを講演番号順に結合しています。スライド送りのPC（PDFリーダー）の操作は発表者自身で行ってください。
  • 各セッションの最後のフラッシュプレゼンテーションが終了次第、直ちにポスター発表を開始します。速やかに自身のポスターまで移動してください。
  • You have one minute. In order to finish within one minute, please prepare for the presentation well in advance. 
  • Presenters are encouraged to line up under the stage in order of presentation number as their presentations approach. Please follow the staff’s instructions on the day. 
  • For each session, all slides are combined in order of presentation number. The presenter should operate a PC and PDF Reader by yourself. 
  • The poster session will start just after the last flash presentation of each session is completed. Please move to your poster immediately.

 

●ポスター発表

ポスターの準備

  • ポスターサイズ：横 800mmｘ縦 1600mm 以内　ポスター板幅 900mm
  • A0 サイズ 841mmｘ1189mm 可
  • 画鋲は会場に用意します。
  • 使用言語：日本語あるいは英語。
  • セッション時間：90 分
  • 指定のセッション時間帯の間，各自ポスターの前で参加者に説明を行ってください。

ポスターの掲示

  • 全てのポスターは、セッション当日の朝から掲示し、ポスター撤去時間に撤去してください。
  • 掲示用パネルに講演番号を表示しますので、該当する講演番号のパネルにポスターを掲示してください。
  • 掲示に必要な画鋲は会場に用意します。日中（口頭セッション時間中）の掲示，取り外しは極力ご遠慮ください． 

ポスター発表

  • 自身のセッション時間帯は、常にポスターの前に立ち発表を行ってください。
  • ポスター賞対象の発表者（学会会員）のところには審査委員が伺います。発表者が不在の場合には審査を受けられない可能性がありますので注意してください。

  • 19P4
  • 時間11/19（火）17:05-18:35
  • 設営時間 8:45-9:15
  • ポスター撤去時間　18:35-19:05 

ポスターセッションII　

  • 21P1
  • 時間11/21（木）12:50-14:20
  • 設営時間 前日 17:15-17:45又は当日 9:00-9:20
  • ポスター撤去時間　14:15-14:45

●Poster Preparation

  • ALL posters are to be set-up  during Setup Times and remain up by Take Down. 
  • The actual space where you may place your poster is: 800mm wide x 1600mm height.
  • We suggest that you create your poster in the A0 standard size (841 mm wide x 1189 mm high). The board width is 900 mm and A0 is acceptable.
  • You can get pushpins on site.
  • Language: Japanese or English.
  • Poster Session Time: 90 minutes.
  • You will be required to stand in front of your poster on your designated date and time.
  • Referees will visit a presenter (Member of CHEMINAS), who is eligible for Poster Award. Note that you may not be considered as a candidate if you are absent.

  • Presentation Time: Tuesday, November 19th 17:05-18:35
  • Setup Times 8:45-9:15
  • Take Down: 18:35-19:05 

Poster Session II　

  • 21P1
  • Presentation Time: Thursday, November 21st 12:50-14:20
  • Setup Times: 20th 17:15-17:45 or 21st 9:00-9:20 
  • Take Down: 14:15-14:45
